An excellent topographical map the eastern portion of the Carolinas covering the coastline from Charleston, S.C. to Cape Lookout, N.C. Also included are Columbia, S.C., and Wilmington, N.C. as well as the Santee, Wateree, and Fear Rivers. Ther are two insets, the first a chart of "Entrances to Cap Fear River North Carolina" and a second a sketch of "Rebel Works for the Defense of the New Inlet entrance to the Cape Fear River."
