The two ink stamps are both "Joseph A. Sadony Valley Of The Pines Montague". Joseph A. Sadony was a man of many skills and talents, he worked for Theodore Roosevelt examining conditions on Indian reservations, was a scientist, philosopher, inventor and holder of many patents. He corresponded with Admiral Byrd, Franklin D. Roosevelt, Tagor, Rudyard Kipling, King George VI of England, King Gustav V of Sweden plus others. Sadony bought 80 acres on White Lake in Michigan where he lived and where he established his Educational Research Laboratories and conducted his scientific work.
